I had never heard of that and rather than drive it around for a few minutes..it allowed me to really test if this new car would serve my needs. I came back the next afternoon and Zach had already drafted up my necessary paperwork so I was able to get into financing with Rick quickly. Tom gave me a great deal on my trade-in so Rick was able to get me to monthly payments that work for my budget :) even with purchasing an extended warranty. I'm going back this week to get my windows tinted by their accessories department and I am sure that will be a quick/painless experience as well. I am so pleased with my experience that I'm sending my dad there to look for his next truck. More

It was already 8:30 and we couldn't find any place to replace tire or at least patch it properly till we got home. We stopped at Bozard Ford and spoke with Angela McManaman. Though the service closes at 9:00, she said they would stay to make sure we could get our tire fixed and be able to drive home safely. She really takes her job seriously and strives to do the best for customers, regardless of whether they are regulars or first time. She totally exceeded our expectations! Thanks to her we were able to get home safely until we replaced the tire. By the way, we don't even own a Ford; we have a Nissan. More

Great Dealership I was very pleased with the price of the truck I purchased. Many other dealers could not come close to the price I received at Bozard. The internet salesperson was quick to respond and answer any questions I had about the vehicle. They were quick to handle the modification I wanted to make to the vehicle prior to arriving at the dealership. I plan to do business with Bozard in the future pending how well this truck holds up. The delivery of our new vehicle went off without any issues - it was exactly what we wanted and what we ordered. Luis kept track of the order and followed up with us on the status. We did not have to contact him for information about the delivery because we were confident Luis was handling this for us - and he did. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by Patrick and Luis regarding the pricing of the vehicle was solid - which meant there were no surprises for us when our purchase was finalized. Frank Butt in finance was very thorough in his work. Frank explained all of the ins and outs of financing and available service programs in a manner which was easily understood. The entire team was professional and friendly. We were treated with respect throughout the entire process and were very comfortable during our discussions. We were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm every time we walked into the dealership. If we have any questions about how to work some of the features, all we have to do is call or drop by and ask.
