Absolute worst customer service After my recent purchase of a 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 from Bozard, while traveling out of state, the plastic bedliner blew out of the back of my tru After my recent purchase of a 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 from Bozard, while traveling out of state, the plastic bedliner blew out of the back of my truck, on the I testator and was subsequently destroyed by the oncoming vehicles. By a stroke of luck no one was hurt or killed. I brought the truck back to bozard and spoke to John Mott, showing him the damage that the liner had incurred to the bed of the truck as it flew out, expecting that the dealership would be quick to fix the problem and be grateful that no one was hurt. Instead I was hastily brushed away with a half assed offer to charge me a discounted price for a spray in liner, and offering no compensation for the serious damage to the paint and body. All of this before I made the FIRST payment. I have purchased almost all of my vehicles from bozard and I am at a loss for the horrible way I was treated this time. I will not and don't recommend to anyone shopping for a new vehicle to visit this dealership. More

Not taken seriously by service dept. I brought the 2016 Focus I bought from them back because I thought there was too much shudder when the transmission shifted. I wasn't taken seriously I brought the 2016 Focus I bought from them back because I thought there was too much shudder when the transmission shifted. I wasn't taken seriously and in fact the guy who test drove it with me said there was nothing wrong and that I'd get used to the shudder. I went to another Ford dealership in Jacksonville to have it checked out and they found that the clutch needed to be replaced. I won't say I'll never recommend Bozard or do business with them in the future, but I am disappointed that they weren't more interested in finding the problem. More

Tom Reinard in management went exceedingly above and beyond expectations that anyone would ever have purchasing a used vehicle. He truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Even after the sell was final and he had no obligation to help me any further, he took care of some repairs that were discovered after I purchased the truck.
