Great experience; the 1 hour car deal Just purchased a used truck from Buddy Price at Bozard Ford. He, Johnny the Sales Manager and Erik the Business Manager had me in and out in about an Just purchased a used truck from Buddy Price at Bozard Ford. He, Johnny the Sales Manager and Erik the Business Manager had me in and out in about an hour. I called ahead and was able to painlessly negotiate the vehicle price, my trade in value and the out the door price. I set an appt and when I arrived the vehicle was detailed and gassed up, Buddy had all of my paperwork ready and Erik was actually able to get me a better interest rate then the financing I had arranged. The complete transaction took about an hour and I could not be happier with the service, price and my new vehicle. Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. More

Last year when we got the oil change everything went well until I returned to my home dealer (Bob Shope Ford, Elizabethtown, KY) and when I got my next oil change was told that I had a stripped oil plug from the last oil chance service. That had to be your dealership. It was only 11 bucks to replace, but still it didn't sit well. Obviously not enough not to go back to your dealership because you're the only one in the area. This time it appeared to go well. I'll let you know this time if I have another stripped oil plug. More
