Upon arrival for picking up my truck, Mr. Sparks provided Top Shelf Service, went over the repairs in detail and assured me that the service performed was Top Quality! This is my first experience of having service done for a warranty issue, Mr. Sparks was very concerned that my vehicle would be very safe on the roadway. My vehicle was released back to me as if just left the showroom floor, very clean! Thanks Bozard Ford!! More

Both provided exceptional customer service, but Dawn got us started down the path as a loyal Bozard customer. I also own a 2002 Ford and have had it serviced at Quick Lane since we retired and moved to St. Augustine last year. We first met her then and really felt comfortable with her and her advice, and continued to come back to Bozard because of Dawn. I doubt that I would have walked across the street to meet with Henry and buy the Lincoln if not for Dawn's consistently superior customer service and ready smile! More

While I was waiting for my oil change at the Quick Lube I walked over to look at the new Musta I was very satisfied with my experience at Bozard Ford. While I was waiting for my oil change at the Quick Lube I walked over to look at the new Mustangs on the lot and I was approached by Jana Thomas. I told her that I may be in for a new Mustang if I could trade in my 2 Fords (2011 Fusion and a 2013 Fiesta). I told her that if we could work out a good deal on a Mustang convertible that I would be interested. Jana was very helpful and didn't pressure me in any way. I am very satisfied and bought my Mustang convertible. More

The Best Ford Dealership! We took our Edge to three out-of-state dealerships while we were traveling this summer for routine maintenance and some concerns. We asked two of the We took our Edge to three out-of-state dealerships while we were traveling this summer for routine maintenance and some concerns. We asked two of the dealerships about a noise we heard in the brake system. Neither found any issue. I came home and took it to Bozard and my service adviser, Marsha, guessed the issue and the service technicians came back with that diagnostic and confirmed her guess. Also, having been in those other dealerships recently, I was reminded how Bozard goes above and beyond in customer service - free car washes, nice waiting room facilities with snacks and drinks and clean TV shows, knowledgeable and friendly employees who care, I received a complementary rental car onsite, and more. They really do spoil us! They are quite worth driving half an hour to get my car serviced here. Thank you, Bozard and specifically, Marsha! More
