Exceptional Sales Department, Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased my second vehicle from Bozard. My first buying experience at Bozard was a seamless transaction and Stephen Purdy was the Sales Rep that assisted me. Stephen was very friendly, polite, and courteous. He treated me with respect and was very attentive to my needs. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge that I knew I wanted to work with him again. So, of course upon my arrival at the dealership to make my second purchase, the first Sales Rep that sees me asks if he could help me. I thank him and tell him I'm looking for Stephen. He finds Stephen for me and the rest is history. I feel like I got a great deal and drove away with a new 2016 Ford Fusion! I would recommend Bozard to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. First Class Service An issue arose with my MKZ while on travel in Virginia. I telephonically contacted Bozard and they provided me with guidance that allowed me to get b An issue arose with my MKZ while on travel in Virginia. I telephonically contacted Bozard and they provided me with guidance that allowed me to get back home to Florida. I made a service appointment during that telcall and brought my MKZ in immediately upon my return. They provided a loaner car which I had for several days as a part had to be ordered. My vehicle was serviced well within the timre frame expected with all problems corrected and within warranty. I purchased my MKZ and have had it service only there ever since. It is truly a top flight operation throughout and an outstanding representative of the Ford/Lincoln family. More

this time the problem was finally fixed have been telling them for almost 2 yrs that there was a problem with the transmission this time the receptionist said there was a recall.
