Stress free and fun environment. My fiancée just purchased a 2016 fusion titanium I was present while she made the deal. The Finance manager (Rick) was a blast to deal with he worked diligently to get her the car she wanted. A week later after getting the runaround from Chevy I decided to switch to Ford as well. I looked at some used trucks at first but non had the features was looking for in a truck the salesperson (Cheryl) was very professional and patient as I was looking at all options. We did find a truck on the lot which was a brand new 2016 F-150 ecoboost with every option I was looking for. Once again (Rick) went to work on getting me a comfortable payment Rick worked diligently to the point where he broke a sweat from running around but he got the payment exactly to where I wanted and the price I couldn't turn down. The entire experience was awesome and Ford has 2 new customers for life! More

Scheduled maintenance I scheduled my 10K service for Saturday @ 9:00 AM. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted promptly, had a cup of coffee and then walked around I scheduled my 10K service for Saturday @ 9:00 AM. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted promptly, had a cup of coffee and then walked around the lot and they called me @ 9:40 and the service was done, truck was washed and vacuumed. I have the maintenance plan, this was the second service and both times it was great. I come from Jacksonville to buy and service all 3 of our Fords, no one in Jax I want to deal with! Kevin was great as usual, everyone at Bozard is whenever we go in. More
