We Purchased a new Ford Edge Titanium and Luis Crespo made the buying experience (that most of us usually dread) painless and super easy. we didn't have to haggle back and forth and we told Luis what we wanted and what we could spend and even though the cards we stacked against him and it was tough getting there he came through for us and he did it with a great attitude, even after we basically changed our minds in the middle he still was very helpful and wanted to make us happy.
