The Finance manager (Rick) was a blast to deal with he worked diligently to get her the car she wanted. A week later after getting the runaround from Chevy I decided to switch to Ford as well. I looked at some used trucks at first but non had the features was looking for in a truck the salesperson (Cheryl) was very professional and patient as I was looking at all options. We did find a truck on the lot which was a brand new 2016 F-150 ecoboost with every option I was looking for. Once again (Rick) went to work on getting me a comfortable payment Rick worked diligently to the point where he broke a sweat from running around but he got the payment exactly to where I wanted and the price I couldn't turn down. The entire experience was awesome and Ford has 2 new customers for life! More

Scheduled maintenance I scheduled my 10K service for Saturday @ 9:00 AM. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted promptly, had a cup of coffee and then walked around I scheduled my 10K service for Saturday @ 9:00 AM. I have the maintenance plan, this was the second service and both times it was great. I come from Jacksonville to buy and service all 3 of our Fords, no one in Jax I want to deal with! We Purchased a new Ford Edge Titanium and Luis Crespo made the buying experience (that most of us usually dread) painless and super easy. we didn't have to haggle back and forth and we told Luis what we wanted and what we could spend and even though the cards we stacked against him and it was tough getting there he came through for us and he did it with a great attitude, even after we basically changed our minds in the middle he still was very helpful and wanted to make us happy. We got a great deal on the car we purchased and I will recommend Bozard Ford and absolutely direct them to Luis Crespo for sales.
