It was a complex, unusual (computer) issue that took some sleuthing to resolve. The service team kept after it and Colby kept us in the loop so we had confidence in the process. He is one of those few folks in the car sales world that you can trust to get you the best deal and interest rate. He is by far the best. I would be remiss if I did not give praise to the Sales Manager Jesse Scheff for working to get us the best deal possible. He wasn't pushy, and very helpful and knowledgeable. Then we were introduced to Tom Reinard, the Used Car Manager. He heard our specific limits and he sealed the deal with exactly what we needed. Then the Business manager, A.J. finished the paperwork and was very personable and quick.
