Good Job & Exceded our expectations! Complicated repairs on an older (but very cool) vehicle plus a new set of tires. First of all - The tire prices are amazing. We went in for tires, a slow starting issue and a safety check. Thank goodness we did. The slow start was a product of a broken fuel pump connection leaking a significant amount of gas from the bottom of the vehicle. The Staff ( Jeff Sparks & Alex Vecerkovic) was very considerate and professional. The mechanic assigned to perform the work did an amazing job. All of the staff we worked with are a tribute to Ed Roberts. We were at a crossroad when it came to getting it fixed or selling it. The vehicle was in great shape otherwise and we are very glad that we chose to get the repairs. It feels and drives like a new truck now. More

Service Dept Lacking - Only About Sales - Fooled 4x My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles and the sales/service has simply gone from bad to worse. My wife specified that a back up camera with display on t My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles and the sales/service has simply gone from bad to worse. My wife specified that a back up camera with display on the Navigation screen be included in her 2015 C-Max Hybrid. The salesperson checked with service dept., "no problem." The first month my wife had her car, it spent 2 weeks in the shop... No back-up cam. Now they tell her she'll have to settle for a mirror cam (not what she wanted, in fact her PRIMARY requirement that it would be on Nav. Screen as in her 2010 Milan), and no calls in over a week on what they will do to solve the issue. I took delivery 5 days after the sale due to some upgrades. I had to pick it up at night after getting off work and it was raining. The alignment was off, a noticeable pull to the right, so I took it in 2 days later on a Saturday morning. It took over 3 hours before my vehicle was even look at, and at least another 1.5 hours to get the alignment corrected. Since this was supposed to be addressed before delivery, I feel as though I should have been given some priority in getting this service completed. More
