Stands up to their committments Purchased a used car in July 2015 from Bozard Ford and as part of the deal 'purchased' 2 oil changes for the price of 1. Feb 2016 finally needed the o Purchased a used car in July 2015 from Bozard Ford and as part of the deal 'purchased' 2 oil changes for the price of 1. Feb 2016 finally needed the oil change and found it used synthetic which the service dept did but said they weren't sure they could do the next one because synthetic was 3x's the price. I checked with the salesman (Lee Brewer, Internet Mgr.) about it and the management said they would continue to honor their deal. I'm sure they will and we'll find out in about 7500 miles. More
