My husband and I were cajoled! My husband and I were cajoled into purchasing a "car detailing kit" to the tune of $500 with our used truck purchase!!! We had to ADD it on to seal th My husband and I were cajoled into purchasing a "car detailing kit" to the tune of $500 with our used truck purchase!!! We had to ADD it on to seal the deal. We were told that when he came in for the first truck detailing. 1) He did not get the kit at his detailing last week; 2) the person broke the device to raise and lower his window! Very professional When I first came in, I was looking for cost estimates for purchasing versus leasing a certain new vehicle. Jeremy and Matt Tudor provided the detail When I first came in, I was looking for cost estimates for purchasing versus leasing a certain new vehicle. Jeremy and Matt Tudor provided the detailed info I was looking for within a half hour (after not getting the detailed info I was requesting from another dealer). Jeremy showed me the SUV, explained the features and allowed me to leave without any type of hard sell. Upon returning, Erik Shipley explained in detail the pros and cons of leasing versus purchasing, making my decision (purchase) much easier and based on good information. This is my third Ford purchase from Bozard (since 2011). All have been enjoyable experiences and I can highly recommend Bozard. The staff have made the difference. More

good but was not inform enough I was happy with the dealership, I thought the oil change service for one year was free but when I looked over the contract more closely I saw a 200.0 I was happy with the dealership, I thought the oil change service for one year was free but when I looked over the contract more closely I saw a 200.00 charge, which I was never finance with the car. Also, they did not inform me that the first bank they contacted for finance T.D. Bank denied the finance, we were not inform of that and we were mad that we were not inform because that effects our credit rating. Your finance people need to be more upfront with their customers. More
