Somewhere in West Virginia on my way to Florida, the windshield washer quit. This made for poor visibility and a more stressful drive. Bozard Fotd/Lincoln fit me in without an appointment, replaced the pump on my windshield washer UNDER WARRANTY and they washed my salt stained car (my black car looked white). They even gave me a shiny new Lincoln loaner. Outstanding job, Jeff Sparks and service crew! THANKS!!! More

Outstanding service I brought my truck in for an oil change and while they were driving they heard a noise from underneath the truck. They called me to tell me they wa I brought my truck in for an oil change and while they were driving they heard a noise from underneath the truck. They called me to tell me they wanted to keep the truck to fix the noise. Turns out it had a bad seal on the transfer case which they fixed under warranty. Financing was a breeze and with the Ford incentive programs, we were able to purchase a car for my daughter and I got a 2016 Fusion that I wanted! Buddy went to great lengths to accommodate our needs, and help us out because we travelled so far to look at the vehicle. On the evening we picked up the vehicle, we were in a hurry to get on the road to a business meeting up north, and Buddy went to the trouble of installing my tonneau cover while the paperwork was being completed !! I don't know many salesman who would have done that. I can't say enough about how pleased I was at the way we were treated by Buddy, as well as the management team.
