We told Eric when we met him exactly what we wanted and to bring the best offer to the table. He worked with us to get exactly what I wanted (even though I changed from an explorer to an edge half way through) and never once tried to push a hard sale. He is very personable, respectful and did not act like your stereotypical car salesman. We scheduled an appt to come back 2 days later to sign the docs and get the vehicle (remember we hate to wait) and when we got to the dealership, we were in Rick's office (finance) within 10 minutes. Both my husband and I have financial backgrounds and I used to be a loan officer. Rick didn't try to add anything that wasn't necessary and treated us with respect. He was thorough and knew we did not want to be in the office for long. He is very good at what he does and has a genuine personality. He handled our deal quickly and efficiently. Lincoln Date Night Experience At the recommendation of someone in the service department, I recently drove a Lincoln MKZ for a Lincoln Date Night experience. Part of this was to s At the recommendation of someone in the service department, I recently drove a Lincoln MKZ for a Lincoln Date Night experience. Part of this was to see how the car drove, and part of it was to see if my wife liked the car as I am thinking of replacing my 2015 Toyota Camry, which has been a disappointment. We drove the car to Daytona Beach and back and also did some driving around Jacksonville, to get a feel for the ride on the highway and in town. We were very impressed with the vehicle, and essentially I need to decide whether I want to bite the bullet and take a hit on a one year old car for something more to my liking. I dealt with both Tanya and Jordan, and both were very easy to work with and also very helpful. I would recommend anyone who is interested in doing something like this speak to ether one of them as they will take good care of you. What I liked about this experience is that it allowed both my wife and I to determine if this vehicle is to our liking in the situations we would use it for, not just to drive it around the block. If I had been able to do this with the Camry, I would not have bought it. While I understand this type of experience is not practical for all situations, it has changed my thinking about how I will buy a car going forward. More
