Wonderful experience Heard great things about Bozard from friends and family (specifically Ricky Goodwin, who unfortunately was not there the day I went). As a young adult, I have never purchased or financed a vehicle through a dealership before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I got an amazing deal on a vehicle that is in excellent shape. Carlos (salesman) and Ryan (financial specialist) were so informative and patient - they both worked really hard to get me the best deal they possibly could. The employees are genuine and not your "typical" car salesmen. Would absolutely recommend Bozard and can't wait to come back for my next vehicle purchase! More

There had been no warning and thankfully one of the guys had not left and gave me a jump. After getting home I called Bozard right away to see if they could work me in on Friday. I knew they would be slammed after a holiday but they said no problem and Colby set up a 9:30 appointment . While I was there Colby came out to the waiting area and said there was a recall on the airbags. I had not even received a notice about it yet. Every time I have had to have service Bozard goes beyond what my reason for taking my car in. I feel safe in my vehicle because I know the care the service department takes to look at every component of my car. They also make sure you are comfortable while you wait. More
