A loaner car was required and Marcia arranged for the loaner car. However, Marcia surprised us when she had Tanya Tomanak call us about the loaner car. It was to be a new 2016 MKX and we were informed that we were to participate in the "Date Night" promotion. My wife and I would highly recommend Bozard to anyone considering a new car and wondering about servicing of that car. This is one of the best service organizations we have experienced. More

Made appointment go on a thurs upon driving to dealership (38miles one way) fou Order a front shield for my 2015 Focus. I order on Bozard web sight. Made appointment go on a thurs upon driving to dealership (38miles one way) found out that what I order was not what I thought it would be. Craig order another part number shield, so decided to drive up again on friday and see this item but upon opening up this shield it would not fit on my Focus. So drove up two days in a row total of some 155 plus miles and had nothing to show for it. It took almost half tank of fuel. Needless to say was not to happy with my first experience with the accessories dept. Not sure if I'll will ever use this service again time will tell......... More

I had my oil changed with no problem once I was checked in. More
Service The A/C stopped working on my 2010 F150 Platinum. I also asked them to check my alignment because of slight pull to the right & steering wheel cocked The A/C stopped working on my 2010 F150 Platinum. I also asked them to check my alignment because of slight pull to the right & steering wheel cocked to the right and replace the front brake pads. They called to tell me they needed to replace the evaporator box located in the dash, but since my extended warranty had expired I would have to pay for the evaporator box to be replaced, which I agreed too. The total cost of service was $1,620.00. When I picked up the truck I was told evaporator box was replaced, the brakes pads were replaced, front rotors had been turned and they had to swap the 2 front tires for the alignment. (they put the left front on the right side and vice versa). The A/C was working great, brakes felt great, however I noticed some noise in the dash which sounded like loose screws or bolts rolling around in the dash and the alignment felt exactly the same with a slight pull to the right and the steering wheel slightly cocked to the right. Called them, had to bring truck back in the next day. They found loose screws apparently, no more noise in dash. They also said they had performed a 4 wheel alignment to get the alignment correct. I left, the alignment was exactly the same the previous times. Slight pull to the right and steering wheel cocked exactly in the same position it was when I originally dropped it off. Took the truck to another shop and paid to corrected the alignment and steering wheel. Drives straight as an arrow now. What upsets me is the fact that I paid over $1,600 for service and they could not get the simple alignment correct, so I had to pay someone else again to get it corrected properly. The Service Rep I dealt was very friendly and courteous and even offered a loaner vehicle while my truck was being repaired, however the actual service on the alignment was very poor. More

This was really the first time my 2014 F150 Lariat needed to go to service. It was pulling and just needed the general maintenance done. I don't really care for these Quick Lube places (hint hint Ford); I think it takes away from the personality of one-on-one service departments. Anyhow, Colby was my tech and did a great job explaining the processes that needed to take place. My husband is deployed so it's important that I make informed decisions as to maintenance. Colby was awesome! The only pitfall for Bozard Service - I had gotten a quote for a Retrax cover a year ago and had emailed Billy Arndt a couple of weeks back to re-check the price prior to purchasing. I even attempted to call. He failed to answer either so I purchased this $2,000.00 cover from a different business. Anyhow, KUDOS TO COLBY! Thanks Bozard! More

I would really like to see the finance part shortened instead of spending 2-1/2 - 3 hrs per deal The first truck purchase was a better experience than this one due to the numbers getting right, but finally we reached the middle ground and I bought the truck. I just hope I have better luck with this one thane the last. Had a lot of transmission issue that never got solved completely. I'm taking nap chance buying another identical truck. More
