Great service Awesome service buying my car and awesome service with servicing my car. I originally was supposed to pay out of pocket for a rental when my fusion was getting serviced but ford ended up taking care of the rental. They even washed and vacuumed my fusion. I appreciated the extra mile the service department went. Makes the experience a lot less stressful and they don't "try" to find something wrong with my car. Honest work from bozard ford. Thank you! It could be better The Service Department is not good enough for the big sales the dealership made, there is a huge lack of customer service knowledge in the Service Dep The Service Department is not good enough for the big sales the dealership made, there is a huge lack of customer service knowledge in the Service Department, Miss Piper and Mr. Nathan have a wrong attitude that is very , almost impossible to improve, they are used to not care about clients, most of employees don't realize that any kind of business needs customers, if not is not possible to maintain a business., however, I have noticed that the Service Department has a new manager Mr. Barry , if the upper management support his job, he can make that department to work a lot better, The Dealership general Manager, is expanding the sales area, but what about the Service?, if they sell more they need more space and better employees for the Service Department, each car they sell is going back for service, if you want to work in excellence you have to invest in all the areas that work directly with customers. I hope the next time I don't have see Miss Piper and Mr. Nathan, they can work in another area with not contact with customers. However, More

The staff is friendly and efficient and they always did good work on my vehicle. However, I do not like the way some of the staff tries to upsell additional services. For example, this past week, they told me my tires were dangerously low and did not rotate the tires which I assume is routine. However, they failed to explain to me what they look at and how they determine wear and tear. I went to a local tire place near me and there service manager showed me exactly where the tread was worn and explained what 2/32 of inch meant. They did corraborate Ford's finding, but Ford quotes high prices where I can find the same tire for less. I will continue to use your service, but do ask that your staff take a little more time to explain things. Yes, I am a woman and all I do is drive the car and have no clue about the world of maintenance. More
