We looked at the a new Ford Fiesta and took it for a test drive. We thought that was what we wanted but my wife spotted a used Red Mustang Convertible. Checked it out . 2005 GT model with 39,000 miles and in almost new condition. Took it for a test drive and we both drove it on the interstate. Story short, fell in love with it and got it for a great price. Lee is a great person to deal with, no pressure, he just wants you to be happy with you purchase! Got to meet Rick Garcia in finance. We signed the papers and drove it home. Two days later Rick called and said there was a problem and the credit union wanted a higher interest rate on the deal. We drove back down to St. Augustine to meet with Rick and to our surprise Bozard Ford absorbed the cost to lower our bottom line so that our payment would be just about the same! This was almost $1500.00 that Bozard took care of for my wife and I!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think any other dealership would have done this!!!! The way car buying should be I saw a car advertised in Craigslist and called the contact number. Buddy Price answered the phone. I told him the car I was looking at was a 2012 Mus I saw a car advertised in Craigslist and called the contact number. Buddy Price answered the phone. I told him the car I was looking at was a 2012 Mustang GT. He said he thought they still had it but would go out and actually put his hand on it to verify and call me back. I mentioned to him i was a little credit challenged and we talked a little. After a few min Buddy said that he was almost positive they could get the deal done. So I gave my information and he said he would call me back later. (I'm thinking I am never going to hear from this guy again just like all the other dealers i have dealt with) About three hrs later Buddy calls me back and says we got it done BUT, you have to come and test drive to make sure its actually what you want. If it is I will take the car home today. So I gather requested documents and head to the dealership. When I walk in the door I am greeted with smiles and friendly faces not bombarded with drooling salesmen that are fighting to get to me. I tell the lady at the counter that I am here to see Buddy Price. She quickly got him for me. We went for test drive and loved it. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife i tell him. Buddy says you know what I have a Big bow you can put on it for her. So my experience with Buddy was 5 stars. So now we go to financing with Kevin. I walk in the office and here another smiling face that tells me he has been waiting to meet me. We go over the documents and he get me a warranty that covers my vehicle up to 140000 miles or something like 8 yrs with a maintenance plan for the same miles. He answered every question I have had. I have even called back since and he gladly answered other questions I had and didn't rush me off the phone. So my experience with Kevin was also 5 stars. When I go for my next vehicle I will go back here. Thank you for a wonderful experience. More

We actually ended up buying a Taurus and absolutely love it. We'd definitely go back to Bozard, and recommend it for others. More
