Amazing people! Treated me like family! Patrick Robertson and Tom Reinard helped me out a ton from start to finish while I was at the dealership. Very disappointed So between myself, my family and friends we have bought 10 cars from this dealership. I have always have had a great experience here and always recomm So between myself, my family and friends we have bought 10 cars from this dealership. I have always have had a great experience here and always recommend them to anyone I know that is car shopping until today. Eric was our salesman and he was very nice and straight forward. Unfortunately the sales manager Matthew Tudor tried to pull a fast one on us. After leaving our first time we calculated a payment my husband and I could afford we called Eric and told him we were coming back to crunch some more numbers. Upon returning Eric had a piece of paper with a few numbers stating what the payment would be. Between what my husband calculated and what the sales manager was calculating was way off. We then asked for a break down of how Matthew was getting these # and when we looked at the paper Matthew had marked the up the vehicle $5000 over advertised price. At this point we were very upset because there was no explanation given from Eric of the price error and he didn't even offer to get us the corrected price. I am very saddened by this especially since my parents are personal friends with Bo Bozard. I will never shop here again or recommend this dealership which sucks because as previously stated this would have been our 11th purchase from them. More

Made a difficult request very easy I am in the military and was deployed when I found my dream car. I had been looking for months and had only ever seen one prior to the one I ended up I am in the military and was deployed when I found my dream car. I had been looking for months and had only ever seen one prior to the one I ended up purchasing from Sheryl(I was very particular when it came to the exact model/options I wanted). I was still a week or so from returning but I knew I had to jump on this opportunity before I lost out. I talked with Sheryl, the Internet sales manager, and she was extremely helpful given my situation. She did everything I requested and when I returned home my new car was waiting for me in my driveway. Absolutely not your tipical sale, but Sheryl and the staff at Bozard made my experience better than could ever be expected. I would definitely recommend Bozard to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

I knew exactly what I wanted and Sharyl Brewer made it happen within an hour. Sharyl also saved me money on registration because she discovered I had a tag that was still valid. I highly recommend Bozard Ford Lincoln. I never felt pressured and Sharyl found a Mustang that met all of my requirements. Erik Shipley was also very helpful with available financing and maintenance options. He explained each plan in detail with no pressure to purchase. Thank you. More

Service Department I had a problem with my F 150 and I didn't know what it could be. I thought I would try Bozard Ford service deptartment since I have used their Quick I had a problem with my F 150 and I didn't know what it could be. I thought I would try Bozard Ford service deptartment since I have used their Quick Lane for oil changes and was very satisfied with the service there. I was greeted like an old friend and my truck was repaired the same day. I will be back in the future (if needed). More
