Lincoln MKC new purchase I'd rather have a root canal than purchase a new car. However Bozard Ford-Lincoln changed that notion. Luis Crespo made it a pleasant, no pressure, low stress experience, unlike I recently had with other local dealerships in my car search. He took the time (on his day off nonetheless) to locate the perfect vehicle that met our criteria, then effectively communicated updates and coordinated the purchase appointment. Jordan Davis pleasantly organized the "date night" experience to test drive the MKC overnight. Kevin Mitchell was friendly and efficiently handled our financial paperwork. Tanya Tomanek..What a nice nice lady!!! She rescheduled me for Monday....today....which I thought was very fast due to the popularity of the Navigator. She is the perfect people person...what a great asset to Bozard Ford. . The Lincoln Navigator.....what is there to say about that vehicle...I want one now.....and I hate my truck now!!! Bozard Ford I will look to you first when I get ready to buy my next vehicle. . I want to mention Jeremy Criscione....he is the young man who helped me into the vehicle and showed me all the awesome technology and got my cell phone working inside the Navigator.
