The Fusion felt right, great vehicle and overall was everything my family needed. Jenna walked me through the entire process and was so very easy to deal with. Again, professional and open to any questions that I had. No pressure, no games...simple. Tom Reinard (Sales Manager) made me a fantastic deal and I bought that night! Surprised my wife with a new car! The finance portion was extremely easy to navigate as well. I worked with Rick Garcia, who was extremely easy to deal with, explained everything in detail(even though it was well past 9pm). Just an overall amazing car buying experience. Will certainly be back for a Mustang in the future. ;-) More

Jeremy Criscione helped me and was very respectful and not pushy at all. When I brought up the "great deal", he was honest, did research for me and said it was suspicious and sounded too good to be true. He didn't want me to drive all that way to find out it was a gimmick, so he even gave me specific questions to ask the dealer. He said if the deal was real then not to pass it up because I wouldn't get any other like it. Sure enough, when it came down to it, Jeremy was right. The dealership was trying to lure me in and slap me with tons of hidden fees in the hopes I would buy from them after taking the long trip. The customer service didn't stop there. Bozard Ford then came so close to that unbelievable price on an even better car, I bought directly from them. I couldn't believe the deal I got on this car! Their honesty and customer service will have me coming back again. Thank you Jeremy and thank you Bozard Ford... I couldn't be happier! More
