She always makes a bad day brighter and has a unique skill in fitting everything into her day. She can hustle like no other employee I have seen. She always comes through for me. This team is second to none and I have never had a better experience at a dealership. Bozard Ford has my business and I travel over an hour to get there and pass two Ford dealers on the way. Great service My truck had an intermittent hesitation when the engine was cold. The next day the service adviser called and said it was fixed and it was computer issue. Since I couldn't get there before the service department closed my advisor said she would leave the key up front so I could get it when it's convenient for me. More
