Excellent buying experience I brought my 2011 Ford Fusion in to see if I wanted to trade for a Ford Escape, Ricky Goodwin and Eric Peloquin worked with me on the deal, nothing wa I brought my 2011 Ford Fusion in to see if I wanted to trade for a Ford Escape, Ricky Goodwin and Eric Peloquin worked with me on the deal, nothing was wrong with my fusion excellent car, long story short I decided to purchase the Escape titanium love driving this vehicle, Eric was a pleasure to work with and everyone involved with financing etc was wonderful and informative no pressure deal. After having this vehicle for a few days we discovered front end noises and brought the vehicle in for service to see what was wrong with it, Nathan Dippy test drove my Escape verified the concern, test drove another Escape same noise and he called Ford hot line, they are aware of this noise, no fix as of now, but Nathan will contact us as soon as Ford knows something, The staff are very helpful and concerned with my needs, they all represent your dealership well, I'm hoping for some answers in the near future, I am uncomfortable driving a brand new vehicle with knocking noises in the front end. I don't want to trade in this vehicle for another one. Ricky Goodwin and Eric Peloquin no pressure team and a pleasure to work with.
