My search for the car of my dreams (Mustang GT Premium) led me 300 miles away to St. Augustine. The problem was the distance and work schedule conflicts that prevented my wife and myself to make the journey. But distance and time don't faze Mr. Murdoch. Not only did he record an up-close and detailed video of the car and arrange additional detailing, he said he would bring the car to us. Let me repeat: Mike Murdoch drove my dream car 300 miles to my front door, with paperwork in hand, and then drove my trade-in back to St. Augustine. Who does that? I will tell you: Mike Murdoch. You see, that's the secret to Mike's success: He bends over backward to please customers. If you do that, everything else falls into place. Bozard would be well-advised to take good care of Mr. Murdoch. I just wish there were more like him because he's one in a million. More

In need of a "New to us" vehicle that day, we were going to head out of town, to visit a :Buy-here-pay here" We are so glad we decided to give Bozard Ford a visit. From the moment we arrived we felt at ease. No PUSHY salesmen, and no gimmicks. Barry met us outside, and instead of trying to sell us something way out of our league, he asked what was in our comfort zone for payments. While we were not expecting "bells and whistles" we new we didn't want. Each time we encountered something not quite in our sights, it was easy to say No and there was no hassling or heckling. I could say we "settled" on a car that I wouldn't normally find myself driving, but it was far from settling. I was quite pleasantly pleased with our purchase. The paperwork was drawn up and approval was only moments. Our Finance Guru, set us up with a couple breaks to help us make sure payments were not going to be an issue, and that would benefit us better in the long run. Everyone at Bozard was Kind and helpful. We plan on being long term customers, and walked away being very impressed and never doubting our decision!!! More

Great Service! I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bozard and brought my new car in to be looked at. Apparently it was a User error. LOL Bozard never questioned my thought on this they just made the appointment and gave me a loaner (a very nice one) The problem has since been deal with and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service department. Marcia, did a great job explaining the new ford Manual/Auto transmission. And even had it been a warranty issue I know it would have been taken care of fairly and swiftly. That just seems to be the way Bozard does business. Fairly and all stops pulled out!!! More

Whenever I have a service or vehicle issue in that area I go to them. I’ve also heard others in the area express similar opinions. Recently I had my vehicle in for warranty service. Tanya Tomanek, the Lincoln Concierge, (ttomanek@bozardford.com) gave me a very nice loaner Lincoln under Lincoln’s “Date Night” program. They regularly offer a loaner or rental for warranty work, but this time the car came with a $100.00 gift card for a dinner for my wife and me. More
