The Best Service Advisor in St. Augustine! I've been bringing all of my family cars to Alex for about 7 or 8 years now. Alex is always accessible via email, text or a phone call and replies I've been bringing all of my family cars to Alex for about 7 or 8 years now. Alex is always accessible via email, text or a phone call and replies back almost immediately. Alex goes out of his way to try to save me as much money off a repair as possible without compromising the quality of the repairs. He's very knowledgeable, experienced and greets you with a friendly smile. I can honestly say he's the reason why I've never considered taking my cars anywhere else. My wife and I have owned a 2005 Ford Taurus which is coming up on $200,000 miles and is in excellent condition, mostly because of Alex staying on top of what repairs the car needed over the last 8 years. That car now belongs to our daughter and one of the reasons my wife and I decided to buy another newer 2013 Taurus was so we can continue to have Alex take care of any repairs & service for us. I've found that my money is well spent with Alex @ Bozard service and I always take the time to recommend him to family & friends! Wonderful Experience I purchased a 'wholesale' vehicle from Bozard. The salesman Kevin was very helpful and there were none of the price games/pressure tactics that I have I purchased a 'wholesale' vehicle from Bozard. I took the truck to be checked by my mechanic pre-purchase and they were very impressed by the quality of the vehicle as well. The vehicle was very competitively priced as compared to typical Blue Book prices. Finalizing the purchase documents was done quickly and easily. They also detailed the truck and filled it with gas. Since I was not trading in my car, Kevin followed me home and then gave me a ride back to pick up my new purchase instead of having to call a taxi/Uber. That was so helpful. I had a very enjoyable experience and will definitely look to Bozard when I need another vehicle. More

Complete Satisfaction We had contacted Mike Murdock while we were out on the road through an email.
