Best Place To Buy A Truck! I contacted Lyndon by e-mail about a truck I was interested in, and wanted more information about. He got right back to me. I explained what I wanted I contacted Lyndon by e-mail about a truck I was interested in, and wanted more information about. He got right back to me. I explained what I wanted and my situation, and even though I did not get the original truck I inquired about he worked extremely hard that week and got me into an even better truck that was the truck of my dreams even down to the color! Great Experience. Great Purchase. Buying a used car can be scary, aggravating and a hassle. My experience with Bozard Ford was none of these things. I worked with Lyndon Dych on my used vehicle purchase. I harassed Lyndon on the phone many times during the week about the truck I was looking at and he never faltered. He answered every question I had and he even took some new pictures that I asked for. I was not totally sold on the truck but after speaking to Lyndon many times he convinced me to come down and take a look. The truck was everything he said it was and then some. I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership and it was totally worth my drive. The truck ran perfect and rode like a Cadillac. The only problem I had with the truck was that it would shut off every time I hit 105mph. Weird right?......LOL If you are looking for a no BS car buying experience then Bozard Ford is where you need to be. Thank you Lyndon and Bozard for a great car buying experience. I will be back. Truly respectable people and work. My 1998 Ford F-150's gas tank was rusting after replacement of the straps. Bozard came back to me and said this part (the tank) was obsolete. And took my truck back to have it put on. The customer service was excellent. Bozard employees take their job and their work seriously. Marcia and Kenny are two of their finest. OutstandingService Advisor My wife and I were traveling home to Boston via St Augustine when I noticed a problem with the brakes on my 2011 Lincoln MKZ. Fortunately we were driv My wife and I were traveling home to Boston via St Augustine when I noticed a problem with the brakes on my 2011 Lincoln MKZ. Fortunately we were driving past Bozard Lincoln at 6 a.m. We exited the highway and pulled into the service area which opened at 7:00 am. This is when we were created by Marcia on her way into the dealership with an armful of bundles. She stopped greeted us with a smile and an assurance she would help us. She wrote up the invoice for service arranged for a car to use while we waited for the vehicle to be repaired. She gave us a "Free Hug" card which we happily redeemed. She turned an anxious time considering the length of the drive facing us and turned it into a wonderful experience. We are not overstating how nice she treated us. You are really lucky to have her. Please share this with her and let her know we arrived safely because of her treatment. More
