It irritated me, but still decided to see what kind of deal we could make. I really wanted the F150 Platinum. After terrible service there and a terrible trade in offer my husband and I left. The next day I put an online request in to Bozard Ford and was called almost immediately by Fred Sellers. He answered every question I had. He even sat on the phone with me while we compared a 2014 F150 Platinum to a 2014 F150 Limited. After all the information he gave me I realized I'd rather have the Limited. Then I explained to him I had a 2013 Explorer I needed to trade in. After gathering my info he offered me almost $4,000 more then Ford of Ocala. My husband and I drove over to Bozard that day (a 2 hour drive from my house) and purchased the truck. It was definitely worth the drive!! I absolutely LOVE the truck!!!! It is by far the greatest vehicle I have ever had. Fred is a great salesman and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for the perfect vehicle. More

Im not new to buying Trucks..... There are 5 Ford dealerships in Jacksonville Florida. So why did I drive all the way to St Augustine to buy my new truck? Good question. First I had a very specific list of options I wanted on my Truck. Nothing crazy mind you, but Its what I wanted. Ford F-150, white, Eco-boost, tow package, crewcab and power windows (you get the idea). When I first started shopping, I had no idea how hard that would become. I grew tired very quickly of salesman trying to get me to settle on something I didn't want, or short $$ me on my trade in. A good friend said I should go to Bozard Ford and I would see the difference. He could not have been more correct. Bob and Thom sat down listened to what I wanted, and then acted on it. They never tried to steer me to something else.......Then they gave me a very fair price for my trade in. Best part...honesty. To me there is no replacement for just being honest with a person. How many Finance managers turn the computer screen around so you can watch him look for best financing options. Bottom line.....I have no reservations at all to putting my name on this recommendation for Bozard Ford. It only takes a few minutes on their lot and you too will understand. David Moheng the tech takes care of my truck as if it was his own and makes me aware of any issues that I may not be addressing at this time. Bozard Ford knows how to create raving fans.
