Customer Service I received while purchasing my 2014 F-150 Pat McGee sold me my first Ford(F-150) on 20140602. I was at the Quick Lane getting my old truck(GMC Sierra 1500) serviced when I asked to talk to a s Pat McGee sold me my first Ford(F-150) on 20140602. I was at the Quick Lane getting my old truck(GMC Sierra 1500) serviced when I asked to talk to a salesman, interested to see what they might give me as a trade in on my truck. Patrick McGee came over introduced himself and we kicked it off from there. Both being Former Marines we already had a bond or as we call it "Brotherhood" that you don't get right off the bat between your average Salesman(I know he's the Commercial Account Manager) and Customer, without having met. I told him I just wanted to get prices/payments/options on three trucks and see how much I would get if I were to trade my truck in. Patrick priced them out, had payment options, my trade in valued, located the trucks in the lot, and had me test driving my soon to be new F-150 within an hour. Needless to say after lunch I was purchasing my fourth truck and first Ford. I didn't necessarily purchase this truck because I got a good deal on it or my trade in but because the customer service I received from Patrick McGee was outstanding. He was very honest and straight to the point. He wasn't just trying to sell me a vehicle or push one on me and knew exactly what I was looking for, unlike most salesmen. I couldn't believe the speed of the overall process. He has been very helpful before, during and even after the purchase of my new F-150, following up to see how I like it and if I ever need anything to call his cell. I am very pleased, not only with my purchase but the whole experience in general and will recommend Bozard Ford Lincon and Patrick McGee to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. More

After a hour of looking at every option available, his patience showed through and took us back to his office to find the perfect Explorer!!!! Located the perfect one, just exactly what we wanted. Luis provided us the information and we scheduled a appointment for the next day. Bozard had the Explorer of our dreams and without much ado, we drove away with our dream Explorer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The company I work for does a lot of business with Bozard Ford and so does my family!!!!! A company i would recommend to anyone wanting a "great" experience when buying a new vehicle!!!!! Great Service we broke down on 95 on our way home from vac. the timing belt and water pump went out. Easy, No Hassle Buying Experience I went into Bozard ford on saturday 7Jun14 to look at 2 trucks and was helped by John Ramirez. John answered all my questions and took me in the two v I went into Bozard ford on saturday 7Jun14 to look at 2 trucks and was helped by John Ramirez. John answered all my questions and took me in the two vehicles for some test drives. there was absolutely no pressure it was very straightforward and to the point. When I asked for their bottom dollar price they gave me an offer sheet to think about with no pressure to buy. I thought about the two trucks the next day and when called by John on Monday 9Jun14 I made a counter offer which was accepted. With that I drove in and purchased the truck. I did my homework before this experience and was well prepared and ready to walk away if this was going to be a hassle. John absolutely made it the opposite of a hassle I literally spent a total of 3 hours between 2 days at the dealership and I couldn't have thought of a better way to purchase my truck. After discussing with Patrick other perks I would like on the car, he showed me an Edge Limited, which had everything I could ever want on a vehicle including the color I wanted. This was "The Car" for me. I am still in love with my Edge and want to say thank you to Patrick for being so patient that night and for eating dinner a bit later than he'd planned.
