We looked around online - and went to Bozard Ford in St Augustine because it seemed they had quite a large inventory. We weren't disappointed - the inventory was huge....but what made it a great experience wasn't the facilities (which are very, very nice) or the inventory - which is very, very large. The difference was the people. John Upton is the best salesman imaginable... never ever pushy - but always helpful; willing to go on as many test drives as I wanted - and just nice to be around. Tom Krell made the deal happen without any drama, and Wayne Tennant made the financing process as much of a pleasure as financing paperwork can be. Everyone was genuinely friendly - not fake "we want to sell you a car" friendly. Maybe we won't keep vehicles so long in the future! More

We think we will be really happy with the Navigator. The whole day was an excellent experience. Everytime we walk into Bozard, he treats us like family. We tell him what we are looking for in what price range, and he never fails to deliver. He discloses all the rebates we are eligible for and gives us honest pricing so there are never any hidden surprises. We always walk away with great deals and fantastic and dependable cares, in a timely manner. Gone for us are the days of spending hours to days at a dealership haggling for an honest deal. Ricky gives it to us upfront. As I've said before Bozard is our only dealer now, and as far as customer service in sales, it doesn't get much better than Ricky.
