He listened to everything I had to say and explained the problem to me. My tire pressure fault light was on. It happened before and I took the car to the Quick Lube and they adjusted the air. At that time it just said tire pressure. When I spoke to Alek he asked if the tire pressure fault light was on. I told him I didn't think so. After speaking with him I went out and drove my Escape up and down the street. When I called him back he assured me that it was "SAFE" to drive and made an appointment for it to be seen. Found the car we wanted online at this dealership and they met a price that I thought was very reasonable. I made the deal over the phone based on the model and miles w/o seeing the car in person. When we went to pick it up, I was almost in shock at how good the condition of the car was. You expect to have some wear and tear in a used vehicle, this one had 44000 miles on it, but it looked like the interior and exterior were brand new with a few minor scratches in the interior. I think it is the first time I have ever bought a car that I almost felt guilty about the deal I got. Not only that, but it was the least painless experience I have ever had. We agreed up on a price out the door, and that was the price I received once I accepted the car. It took about 45 minutes drive the car for a test, and then do the paperwork with financing, it was a surreal experience for a car dealership. More
