Professional Experience! We were looking for the 3.7L Super Cab that could haul small cars on occasion. Upon arriving, Fred had the vehicle we were looking for already parked up front and ready for to test drive. Knowing what we wanted ahead of the search was half the battle! Fred and his associates made the rest of the process stress free. We were at all times treated with respect and professionalism, the staff were diligent with our goals in mind. A few days into our search, we came to an agreement on cost, financing and amenities, then we drove our NEW 2014 FORD F-150 STX 3.7L Super Cab home. We looked around online - and went to Bozard Ford in St Augustine because it seemed they had quite a large inventory. We weren't disappointed - the inventory was huge....but what made it a great experience wasn't the facilities (which are very, very nice) or the inventory - which is very, very large. The difference was the people. John Upton is the best salesman imaginable... never ever pushy - but always helpful; willing to go on as many test drives as I wanted - and just nice to be around. Tom Krell made the deal happen without any drama, and Wayne Tennant made the financing process as much of a pleasure as financing paperwork can be. Everyone was genuinely friendly - not fake "we want to sell you a car" friendly. Maybe we won't keep vehicles so long in the future! More

Buddy Price was very easy to work with and told us about a Lincoln Navigator that was on sale. We test drove it and really enjoyed the ride and all the bells and whistles. Traded in an Acura MDX. We think we will be really happy with the Navigator. The whole day was an excellent experience.
