Ive been getting my vehicles serviced at Bozard for over 7 years. Alex is my go to person, he has been consistent in offering above satisfactory service. His service is very valuable to me. Alex understands the importance of getting our vehicles back on the road with as little down time as possible. Its pleasant to know a dealership will reach out with such service and not make you feel like a camouflaged costumer. I highly recommend Bozard ford's service department above other shops because of this reason. I have the opportunity to work with Alex and Crystal on a daily basis, and today was no exception when I say that their service is always first rate. Alex's great communication skills are key in our business daily basis, and today was no exception when I say that their service is always first rate. Alex's great communication skills are key in our business. He understands that our company need answers and options at a moment's notice, as we too have client's time and money on the line. I was continually consulted with on the diagnosis of our vehicle and then provided with various parts and price options. I was in a panic when my vehicle broke down on my way to work. I called Marcia and told her my situation. I have never in my life experienced such GREAT customer service.
