It feels strage bringing non-Ford vehicles to a Ford dealership, but after the service I have received previously from Alek on my Focus, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Ronnie was terrific to work with. We called ahead to let him know we'd like to look at a specific vehicle. When we arrived, the vehicle was pulled from the lot and ready for us to take a test drive. We were trading in a vehicle so Ronnie managed time well by having our trade-in appraised while we were on the test drive. This is the first time we've experienced that simple method of delivering excellent service. Ronnie worked with us on the negotiations and we were satisfied with the deal we received. To manage time again, Ronnie had the vehicle gassed up and given a quick detail while we worked with the finance officer on our financing. Ronnie was also very personable which made our car buying experience not feel like an actual car buying experience but more like two aquaintences doing a favor for one another.
