The customer service at Bozard is second to none. Living in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simpl in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simple as an oil change I will drive 30-45 minutes down to St. Augustine just to go to this dealership. Having car issues can be a hassle, but at Bozard they make it as easy as possible and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience you can possibly have. Whether you are purchasing a vehicle or getting one serviced, you are wrong if you are not going here. More
BROUGHT MY 12 JEEP WRANGLER IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I HAD PURCHASED A USED VAN FOR THIS DEALER SOME MONTHS BEFORE WITH A GREAT EXPERIENCE SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THEIR EXPRESS LANE SERVICE CENTER. I SAW MR RUTCHA, THE DETAIL MANAGER, WHILE WAITING FOR MY JEEP TO BE FINISHED( ONLY A 15 MIUTE WAIT) AND HE REMEMBERED ME AND INQUIRED ABOUT MY VAN. I WAS FLOORED HE REMEMBERED ME BUT ALSO MY PURCHASE SOME MONTHS BEFORE. WHEN MY OIL CHANGE WAS COMPLETED I FOUND MY FILTHY JEEP HAD BEEN HAND WASHED AND WASH SQEAKY CLEAN. My family and I visited Bozard Ford with the intention of purchasing 3 vehicles, one for myself, one for my wife and early next year one for my teenage daughter. I purchased an F-150 first and couple of week purchasing 3 vehicles, one for myself, one for my wife and early next year one for my teenage daughter. I purchased an F-150 first and couple of weeks later purchased my wife a Lincoln MKS. My experience with the purchase of my truck was terrible, except for the finance portion with Terry Seymour, he is an Alabama fan, but we won’t hold that against him, but he was very knowledgeable and professional. The transaction for my wife’s car started out terrible, and ended up with the Used Car Sales Director, Mr. Hewitt getting involved. You may be asking yourself why you would continue to deal with a dealership that has terrible service. The reason is that no one is perfect and you should provide them an opportunity to correct their mistakes. Mr. Hewitt did exactly that, he personally walked us through the deal and he even stayed late until we arrived at the dealership that evening to meet us in person and to ensure our needs were met. Our salesperson for the car was Mr. Crespo, who was thrown into a bad situation, but he did a wonderful job. Mr. Crespo cares about his customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied. Mr. Crespo is a professional, honest, and approaches the sale of the vehicle as in making a friend instead of making a dollar. Mr. Miller the finance person for the sale of my wife’s vehicle was very pleasant, friendly, down to earth, honest and would be what I would call an awesome dude. I don’t believe this was lip service because of the mistakes, I truly believe this is the way these gentlemen operate daily. I will not expound on the mistakes or the individuals that were involved in the terrible service because being negative solves nothing, plus the next customer may have a different experience all together. In spite of all the negatives, I would recommend Bozard Ford to everyone, and when you visit ask for Mr. Luis Crespo. More

His knowledge of the products and the different options as well as his ability to listen to our needs, made this the best and easiest decision ever. We love our F150 King Ranch, we loved the dealership, and we plan to return for service and future purchases. Kodos to all the management team and the hiring of such a great staff. More
