My brother had just moved to St. Augustine and had to return back North, he said that he was having problems with his truck and would I see about having it looked at. My daughter purchased her first vehicle from Bozard Ford directly after graduating from high school. After owning the vehicle for less than a year, she drove it to Jacksonville not realizing that the radiat directly after graduating from high school. After owning the vehicle for less than a year, she drove it to Jacksonville not realizing that the radiator had a leak. At 1am on a Sunday morning, I received a frantic call from my daughter that said her car had died at the top of the Dames Point Bridge in northern Jacksonville. After getting my daughter and the car to safety that night, the following morning we had te vehicle towed to Bozard Ford. Shannon Fletcher met us at the dealership early that morning and led us through the process of having the engine replaced. Not only was the quality of the work superior, the price was competitive. However beyond that, Shannon went the extra mile by meeting us on his day off to insure that the needed parts could be located as quickly as possible in order to get my daughter back on the road. Even locating a new engine took little time and the vehicle was returned to my daughter in better condition than when she purchased it! We won't allow anyone other than Shannon Fletcher service our vehicles! More
