This was a remote deal, with me in Tampa and the dealership in St Augustine. At first I was leery of dealing without seeing the truck and the sales staff. However, all pictures were online along w dealership in St Augustine. At first I was leery of dealing without seeing the truck and the sales staff. However, all pictures were online along with the window sticker. This let me know all options that came with this vehicle. After a few emails and phone calls everything went smoothly. Everything was done...transfer the tag, financing, pricing and delivery. It was easier than dealing with my local dealers!!! Would I do it again... YES!!! There were no lies or double talk, everything stated was up front and honest. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. If these people say something... they can be trusted. They delivered the truck to my door... on their dime. Before I signed anything... If I had decided that for some reason not to sell I would not have been obligated. The trade in was handled just as smooth. I knew more or less what I wanted out of the truck and took pictures of the damage and flaws and odometer. When the delivery was made, the delivery man returned with my trade in... no problems. Again, dealing with Bozard Ford of St Augustine was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. And I can go to ANY dealer for warranty or service... The only problem is Bozard is too far away to go for my servicing!!! More

On September 8th, My husband and I went to "look" at 2014 Ford Mustangs. We were met by a friendly salesman named Luis. He asked us a few questions for example: of what we liked in a Mustan "look" at 2014 Ford Mustangs. We were met by a friendly salesman named Luis. He asked us a few questions for example: of what we liked in a Mustang: Do you want a V6 or V8 ? - oh course the V8 was the area we were looking for. Within a short time we had our looking down to 5 cars. All of which Luis gratiously got the keys for and took test drives on them all. Luis was a good sport about having to go back and forth into the different vehicles. and jumping in the back seat for our test drives. Then it came down to 2 either a black coupe or a blue convertible. The convertible won!! We found out the when the car door opens that a image of a pony will illuminate on the ground. We didn't even see this feature!! We were impressed with his knowledge of Ford Mustangs and even went to checkout his Mustang. Which gave us ideas on some the tweeks we could do . Even the next day, we called Luis with a few more questions, he was very knowledgable and quick with a response. Thank you Luis for the great conversation and not having any white knuckles during our test drive. This has been the easiest car purchase to date. We look forward to driving our new Pony!!! I recently purchased a Ford F-150 XLT from Bozard Ford. I intially started a bidding contest with other Ford dealers in my vicinity (St. John's County, FL), but since i was looking for the best deal, I exp I intially started a bidding contest with other Ford dealers in my vicinity (St. John's County, FL), but since i was looking for the best deal, I expanded my search to Ford Dealors as far south as Titusville, FL and Orlando. From the very beginning Bozard offered the lowest price (over Dealer cost) they work hard to find a vehicle with my color and accessories preferences. Paperwork was provided to me in advance so there were no surprises and the transaction was very smooth and efficient. Tom Krell, my salesman was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain all of the contract documents and of course, the vehicle features. I had ordered some addtional accessories that had to be installed after the sale and Mr. Krell personally drove to my home, left a loaner vehicle and took the truck to Bozard to have the accessories installed. He also filled up the gas tank and had the vehicle washed and cleaned before returning it to my home. Tom called me the next week and checked in to see how I was enjoying the vehicle and if there were any problems. Very blown away by my experience with Bozard Ford, especially with the sales process and exceptional price. I would not hesistate to recommend Bozard Ford and of course, I would definitely recommend Tom Krelll. I tried working with Auto nation Ford and they had promised the car I wanted on 3 different occassions and they struck out each time. They did not follow up and did not keep me informed. I went to Bozard and Ronnie Shierling found one immediately for me and it was driven down from South Carolina the next day. It was a cash transaction and in dealing with A J Miller, he got me in and out of the signing paperwork in the shortest time I have ever witnessed. Their service department is also outstanding. More
