Never once did I feel pressured or rushed into the sale of my vehicle. I have had other experiences through the years with salesmen that were pushy and in some cases where I have actually been talked down to. Jim was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Jim worked with me for the course of about a week. He was able to come up with a competitive price for my Focus that I felt very comfortable with. I think some dealerships forget how big of a deal buying a new vehicle can be. This was not the case. My hat's off to Jim Duran, TJ in finances and Bozard Ford. I will certainly spread the word. I bought a Ford explorer 2006 the second week I had it the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was tol the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was told yes there was , so I drove down on Sat they were not able to look at it that day was told to bring it back during the week. My salesMan Andy Harris call me Monday and told me he would get the service Department to call me to set up a time which they did. I called Mr. Harris back to see if I could get something to drive he said he would have to check Mr. Harris called me back and it would be taken care off. I drove back down on Wednesday dropped off my truck they got me a truck to drive and called me Thursday afternoon to let me know mine was ready, there was a issue and that it had been fixed. I picked my truck up Friday morning the issue had been fixed and they had also top off my gas. Thank You Andy Harris and the Service Department Billy ,and there were several others and the Enterprise Lady . Thank you all for all you done and fixing the issue. All of this was done at no cost to me. More
