I started my sale with an internet contact to David Siekieski (Ski) then we progressed to a phone call then when the deal got close to what I wanted, I traveled up to Bozard Ford. It was raining like cats and dogs when we (my family and I) pulled up to the dealership, quickly someone open the door to the showroom so we could come in. While we were waiting for Ski (only a couple of minutes) the atmosphere in the show room was so friendly and positive we felt almost at home. My 3 year old daughter who has never meet a stranger was talking to everyone and to my surprise everyone had time to talk back to her. When we meet Ski he asked our needs and quickly addressed them. Then we went to see the truck, 2013 F-150 Lariat. Since it was raining Ski brought the truck under the service drive so we could stay out of rain. He took time not only to answer my questions, my wife's, my 3 year old son's and of course all the questions my 3 year old daughter had to ask which was more questions than all the rest of us had. After we decided this was the truck we quickly moved inside where Ski and I finished the negotiation on the truck. While this was going on the receptionist(I can't remember her name) gave my kids a DVD player to watch a movie(WOW) what a great idea. I wish I knew her name as she deserves props as well. I am not sure who the man behind the counter (can't remember his name either) was but he made it easy not having to go back time after time to beg for more, we came to an agreement very quickly. Then after a short wait I went to finance where Terry took over. He took the time to show my kids pictures, gave them a sheet of paper to draw on and of course answered my daughters questions. A quick paper signing and we were out of there. Ski met us in the showroom and took us to the truck, again pulled under the service area so we could stay dry. I never give perfect scores on surveys and when I give less than perfect marks I always let the company or person know why. So when I started this one I thought I would explain why Bozard Ford deserved a perfect score from me. I will recommend Bozard to everyone I know who may be looking for a new or used car as I truly feel they would be treated with the same respect that my family and I got while we were there. Thanks to Ski, Terry, the Receptionist, the Man Behind the Counter and the whole Bazard Team we had a great experience. More

I just picked up my new red 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Bozard Ford and could not possibly be any more pleased with my experience!! This dealership is HUGE! The facilties/service/parts areas were all imm Bozard Ford and could not possibly be any more pleased with my experience!! This dealership is HUGE! The facilties/service/parts areas were all immaculate and well organized.There are plenty of cars/trucks/SUVs to look at and choose from. The staff was wonderful and the car was perfect! For anyone who hasn't checked out the new Ford Fusions, you really should. The car is amazing! At Bozard Ford, every single staff member I came into contact with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Even Jeff King, the VP/General Manager, stopped by several times to make sure everything was running smoothly! Henry Rowe, the Sales Guide, spent a lot of time with me thoroughly explaining the options and features on the Fusion...there are a LOT! He gave me his cell phone number where I can always reach him with any future questions, which I truly appreciated. A.J. Miller, was one of the finance guys I've ever met. He was quick, efficient and made the whole dreaded paperwork process relatively pain-free. I absolutely, without a doubt, would recommend Bozard Ford for any of your vehicle needs!! My husband has used a local Ford company for his Ford fleet truck needs in the past, but after my experience the other day, Bozard will definitely be getting his business in the future. I think the professionalism and level of customer care I received was well worth the few extra miles we have to drive to get to Bozard! Thank you, BOZARD FORD for a WONDERFUL experience!! 6 months ago I raved about my buying experience at this dealership. My new Shelby recently developed a problem and I guess now I was going to get a chance to experience their service department. A phone call put me in contact with Alex Vecerkovic (a Mustang enthuist!) He immediately set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Upon arrival at the dealership, the service manager, Russell Wright, went for a ride with me and located the problem right away! He assured me it would be taken care of. My car was repaired early, it was repaired correctly and was returned to me CLEAN! Car problems are never pleasant; but, it's nice to know Bozard not only knows how to fix cars, they know how to treat their customers as well. More

My wife and I ordered/purchased a 2013 Fusion HyTi from Bozard Ford. Bruce Gabraith was our salesman. He made the experience completely painless. Went the car arrived he stayed with us through the financial process and car technical and mechanical indoctrination, his knowledge and patience was commendable. This was an unexpected plus. I also woiuld like to mention that I never had to call to inquire about the cars progress. I will definately recommend Bozard Ford to all that ask and absolutely tell them to search out Mr. Gabraith to purchase their next car. More
