He explained all the features of the new car before I left the dealership so that I didn't drive away clueless on how to use the great new technology that it came equip with. Terry Seymour and the finance team were super helpful, explaining all the paperwork and even found additional savings. General Manager, Jeff King oversaw the buying process and made sure everything ran smoothly as well as Letti and Bo Bozard who I had met through some community involvement in the past were also helpful to me in making the right decision. Our overall experience was not what we expected. We were greeted immediately by a knowledgable, friendly young man. He is the person who is usually in a room somewhere that your salesman has to have doughnuts with while twisting his arm to give you a good deal. No such scenario here, he addressed a couple of other specific needs we had (the team even researched statistics on- line for us) gave us the bottom line in person and we finalized the deal.What a pleasure but the best was yet to come Finance... Who would have thought that A.J. Miller the person in charge of our finance and paperwork would be funny. Guess we expected a stuffy, business only person. I have been searching to trade our Jeep to buy a SUV for the last 3 months. I have in and out of Bozard Ford about 4 different times in those 3 months. Joe makes you feel just as important as the first time. He has great people skills and respect for the process it takes for someone to take on a big purchase. I have test driven 4-5 SUV with him and he was knowledgeable on all of them. I know what Customer Service is, i do it everyday myself everyday, so i know when someone is sincere or when someone is not. It came natural to Joe, and that is the ONLY reason i came back over and over again to buy a vehicle from him..... Thanks Joe for your Professionalism and for being sincere about me and my family's concerns. The next part after you find the car you want, is the financial part of it. This is where you get to meet A J Miller. A J assisted in every way to get the best percentage he could and lowest monthly payment possible for me. He is good at what he does, and he cares. Again knowing when someone cares about your situation and pretending to care are 2 different things. Good feeling knowing this man gets it. Negotiations is a process, some deals just cant be made, and that is OK.
