Marcia not only did a great job overseeing the car repair itself, she was exceedingly patient and thorough with helping us get a warranty transfer that required the cooperation of another dealership outside itself, she was exceedingly patient and thorough with helping us get a warranty transfer that required the cooperation of another dealership outside the state of Florida. She checked on the transfer daily, updated us regularly and advised us as to how to proceed when the other dealership was dragging its feet. The saga went on for two weeks before we were finally able to get the transfer made and the work done. Had it not been for Marcia's knowledge, patience and encouragement, we might still be dealing with the problem. Excellent service! While on vacation, the check engine light illuminated in my 2012 Escape Limited. Concerned I arrived, unexpectedly, at Bozard at about 430 in the afternoon. Even though they were clearly busy, Alek was able to diagnose my truck in a timely manner, while making me comfortable in their customer lounge. After learning it was a minor issue with a TSB issued, Alek reset the light and assured me I would be OK to travel home. I live almost 200 miles away and have a good relationship with my local Ford dealership, but, if I ever move to St. Augustine, Bozard will be my dealership. More
