I was surprisingly utterly amazed with my recent new Ford Escape special order purchase experience with Bozard Ford. From my initial internet inquiry to the actual purchase of my vehicle, Tom Krell made the Escape special order purchase experience with Bozard Ford. From my initial internet inquiry to the actual purchase of my vehicle, Tom Krell made the experience more than just pleasant. He may be a salesman by trade, but he recognizes and brings the human side to a major purchase transaction. On his own, he sent me photos that he personally took on the lot, from his own phone, of the 2 different types of wheels that I could choose from for my vehicle. When I told him I wanted "bling", he wanted to be certain the upgraded wheels were what I expected, since I was paying more for them. I appreciated Tom's sensitivity to that. His professionalism (treated me with respect), communication (kept me informed throughout the process; I didn't have to contact him, he called, texted and emailed me), timeliness and organizational skills (always had paperwork ready), customer service attitude (made me feel important, not just my business), and great sense of humor (very relatable). Doing business with Tom felt more like a friendship experience than a business deal....and that's how I like to "roll". Chase Burnett's energy was very refreshing, and his technical knowledge and experience helped me with my Iphone Blue Tooth connection and use of the included gadgetry on my Escape. He demonstrated several vehicle features from the first showing and at delivery of the vehicle. He made sure that I was totally comfortable and both he and Tom gave me their business cards to call for future assistance, whenever needed. TJ in Finance was great at explaining all the reasons for an extended warranty, but because I will only be driving 1.5 miles each way to work, and the reliability I had with my 2008 Ford Focus, I declined the warranty. I have purchased them in the past, but my situation was different then, with high mileage driving. In addition, the receptionists have always been friendly and helpful and other salesman and employees as well, as soon as I arrived on the lot and throughout my experience with Bozard. My experience with Bozard Ford was a polar opposite relief to Tropical Ford in south Orlando 5 1/2 years ago. For example, when I explicitly told Tropical that I wanted to order a vehicle, they tried talking me into buying one on the lot. I actually had to ask and insist to speak to the Finance Manager. I totally felt comfortable with Bozard Ford listening to my needs and responding, therefore I have been recommending them from day one, due to my awesome experience with all the staff. I feel that Bozard has a great team. Keep up the good work! I'll be back...(Schwarzenegger)...and that's a good thing. :)) More

We had certain parameters that we had to work with and we knew going in it would be difficult. We shopped A LOT of different dealers in Jacksonville with no luck in finding what suited us and our needs. I had heard about Bozard Ford and decided to give them a try. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Joe Martin who immediately I took a liking to with an easy going attitude and smile and helpful opinions. I explained what we needed and without hesitation knew that he had the vehicles for us. He walked me through a new Ford Escape for my wife knowing that she was my primary concern and explained why the vehicle would be the right fit for her (he was spot on). And after finding her a vehicle he turned his attention on me and made sure that the car I drove off the lot in was one that would fit all my criteria. Joe Martin exemplifies what a not only a car salesman should be, but any type of sales in general. He put us first and made sure we knew it. If I could personally speak to anyone in the Bozard family I would make sure they knew the quality person they have in Joe Martin and what an asset he is to their business. The financing part we also knew would be quite the challenge....well until we ran across Bob Robinson that is. WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Sometimes words are simply not enough. Without writing a 100 page dissertation all I can say is that Bob Robinson went far above and beyond to make sure that both deals got done in a manner that was not only suitable, but very appealing to both my wife and I. He meticulously went over EACH option that we had available to us and guided us into the plan that he felt best suited our needs. The gentleman simply LISTENED to us and when you listen things get done. Bob Robinson is a listener. I would jokingly call Bob Robinson the Car Listener. For anyone reading this review please understand that fives are NOT enough for this dealership and the satisfaction you will get from going there. If Joe Martin and Bob Robinson are any indication of what the rest of the staff is like then not only will EVERY vehicle I purchase in the future come from Bozard Ford, but will make sure that ALL my friends and family know about them as well. After two previous poor experiences with the local Ford dealership I wanted to look elsewhere for my new car lease. A friend had recently done business with Patrick and highly recommended him and Bozard F dealership I wanted to look elsewhere for my new car lease. My brother works for an out of state ford dealer so I was lucky enough to not worry about needing to play the negotiation game. Knowing that another dealer didnt give me the time of day years ago when I was looking for a new car but this did not affect the way I was treated by Patrick and the rest of the group. The entire staff was very friendly and up front and honest with every step along the way. Even after I leased my new vehicle there was an error and they needed me to resign paperwork. Due to my work schedule and location this was an inconvenience to get done quickly so Patrick actually came ot my house and had me sign the paperwork therefore avoiding the inconvenience. Overall, a very psoitive experience and I would highly recommend Patrick and Bozard Ford to anyone in the market for a new or used car. More
