Lelah answered our questions and went on a test drive with us and explained some of various features on the vehicle. Outstanding! Would never expect a dealer to go to such great lengths to accommodate a potential customer. I'm 25 years old with 40k in student loan debt and these guys literally bent over backwards to get me my 2011 Accord Coupe at the monthly price I felt comfortable with- even though they could have easily said "no deal", and would have had no problem selling this beautiful car to someone else the next day. After already giving me an excellent deal to start with, they spent hours going back and forth with the banks trying to get me an interest rate that should have been impossible for someone in my financial predicament. In the end, Ovidio and Bob got me my loan through none other than Ford's own bank and gave me an awesome rate and an unbelievable deal on both my trade in and my new car. I highly recommend my sales consultant Kevin Prill who spent hours with me at the dealer- on his day off, I might add- while finances ironed out this deal. Other dealers I visited before Bozard made me feel like a second class citizen the moment they got a look at my credit score. Not the case with Kevin and the team at Bozard Ford. I might also add that this is one of the nicer and well maintained dealers I've seen. I can't thank you guys enough and I will recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone. I love my new car and will be back with my younger siblings for their first car purchases! More

I had thought about buying a used car from a buy here pay here place. Right away he made us feel welcome and was not trying to sell us anything,but instead was asking us what we might be looking for. I thought our options were going to be limited,but that didn't stop Jason from showing us anything we were intrested in looking at. Bruce Gabraith has been working to get me in a new vehicle ever since December , always telling me not to give up. Bruce went above and beyond never to give up on me.
