From the very first contact made with Bozard Ford, they were very diligent in finding the exact Ford truck I was looking for. Bruce went above and beyond with the sale of this van. We started talking a week ago and he followed thru efficiently on our requests. Today when we went to look at the van he spent plenty of time with us and helped us problem solve a couple issues we were having with the van and our clients being able to access it safely. Before we knew it he had contacted the parts dept and received quotes for the running boards and strap to add for the clients to safely load and unload from the van. I will definitely be using Bruce for additional purchases in the future. More
