We went to Bozard because 2 of our friends from church had purchased their trucks from Ricky Goodwin. We went into their showroom and was greeted by smiling friendly faces! We introduced ourselves to Ricky and told him we were there to look at F250s. He was genuinely interested in what we had to say and was very helpful in helping us to make up our minds about exactly what we needed. He even offered to let us drive a vehicle home just to try it out. He helped my husband weigh the pros and cons of a gas engine F250 vs the F250 diesel. He was not pushy or overbearing and we appreciated his candor. My decided on the F250 diesel because we will be pulling a 5th wheel. We traded our Toyota Tacoma on our new truck. We were given a fair price for our trade in. We had done research on what our old truck was worth. My husband found the driver's door and left front fender did not align properly. The Service Department did a fantastic job of realigning the door and fender. Ricky then introduced my husband to AJ Miller. He handled the financing. AJ was a hoot! He was not only helpful, but we had so much fun with him we didn't mind signing the mountain of paperwork. He explained everything in detail, helped us get the best financing and payment. After we finished with AJ we were directed back to Ricky. He gave us a good intro to our new truck. We appreciate their friendliness and courteousness. And all the associates not being pushy. We will recommend Ricky and Bozard Ford to our friends and family. We feel like we are part of their family, too. Thank you for the opportunity to "sing their praises". More

The first thing we told Skip was that we were "only looking" We were not planning to buy a new car until after the first of the year. We were looking at Lincolns but ended up getting the 2010 Ford Taurus SHO, and I am totally in Love. The Lincoln Skip showed us was black and I told him I did not want a black car...my Taurus is Black.
