Employees make the place! Nathan Dippy (?) was so easy to work with. His and my efforts were made more difficult by having to work within corporate Fords rules. A loaner car should have been made available or the car should have been picked up. Still does not work properly and contact with Ford corporation has not been satisfying. Marcia is AMAZING! I was referred to Marcia for needed service on my fusion and she took the best car of me! It wasn't an easy problem to identify, but they persisted and, ultimately, found and fixed the problem. Turns out that it was not just "an odd sound."
