Too Long! Was told 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. to replace new part. (Radio) 5 Hrs. later said it was done. Went to try CD player and it still had original problem and wou Was told 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. to replace new part. (Radio) 5 Hrs. later said it was done. Went to try CD player and it still had original problem and would not accept CD. Then it took another 20 minutes to fix what I believe was the original problem that had nothing to do with replacing the radio. But what do I know I am just a customer that has no expertise. More

I'm am impressed with the efforts of staff in trying to solve a front end alignment took more time so they paid for oil change. This was nice. Only problem is did not check wipers fluids .I asked at start but forgot to discuss when done. More

Consistently Wonderful! I was in for my 60,000 mile service for a vehicle we purchased at Bozard. As always, Marcia and her team took good care of me. She is always happy to I was in for my 60,000 mile service for a vehicle we purchased at Bozard. As always, Marcia and her team took good care of me. She is always happy to see me and happy to help. I feel valuable as a person and as a customer each time I interact with Marcia. She is a gem! I had a question about my Sync so Marcia asked Cory to help me. Cory immediately knew that a setting had gotten changed and he reset it for me. Later, Cory cheerfully and promptly helped me again with something I needed. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks, beverages, and clean TV. All the employees that walked through appear to be happy to be there and create a pleasant atmosphere. We've been to many car dealerships around the USA and Bozard is my favorite! More

My husband and I were cajoled! My husband and I were cajoled into purchasing a "car detailing kit" to the tune of $500 with our used truck purchase!!! We had to ADD it on to seal th My husband and I were cajoled into purchasing a "car detailing kit" to the tune of $500 with our used truck purchase!!! We had to ADD it on to seal the deal. We were told that when he came in for the first truck detailing. 1) He did not get the kit at his detailing last week; 2) the person broke the device to raise and lower his window!
