Had a tough problem, it was handled in excellent way. I was very apprehensive that since my car was close to warranty deadline, the dealership would deny my claim. Another Amazing Experience I went in for Auto Butler and once there mentioned I thought there might be recalls. They did the auto butler, completed the recall work, AND fixed a I went in for Auto Butler and once there mentioned I thought there might be recalls. They did the auto butler, completed the recall work, AND fixed a minor blemish on the front of the truck. Might not seem like a big deal but I know they were busy, I know this was unplanned and I gave them no notice. They got everything done BEFORE estimated and kept me informed throughout the process. I'm nobody special and nobody there knows me, they do this for everyone. Jeff Sparks in service just figured it out and made it happen. I have a had a few cars in my life but I have never had this level of service. I can't more strongly recommend this dealer. More

Awesome So I made an appointment for my Ford Focus. I wound up being on that side of town and some appointments cancel. So, I showed up for my oil change 2 1/ So I made an appointment for my Ford Focus. I wound up being on that side of town and some appointments cancel. So, I showed up for my oil change 2 1/2 hours early. I was greeted with a smile and a yes they could take me early. 50 minutes oil changed, tires rotated, car washed and vacuumed. Thank you Bozard!
