Lincoln Concierge Service - NOT Not sure Bozard really wants me to write this review. I bought a Lincoln MKZ, beautiful car, handles well, no problem with the vehicle but the Lincoln Not sure Bozard really wants me to write this review. I bought a Lincoln MKZ, beautiful car, handles well, no problem with the vehicle but the Lincoln Concierge service I was promised has all but dried up. The young lady I was dealing with has moved into sales and while I am very proud for her, I really miss the personal touch she offered to me as a Lincoln owner. By the way when I called and said who do I ask for ti arrange my service call; she stepped up and volunteered to pickup my car and bring me a courtesy car which was great since that really is not her responsibility anymore. When I received a text my car was ready I volunteered since I was only a few minutes from the dealership to return my courtesy car and pick mine up. By the way my husband also authorized new tires as a part of my service. to continue, I spoke with Dawn at the service center and told her I was on my way and she responded great see you in a few. Less than 7 minutes later I walked in to met Dawn who I have never met and she had decided to go to lunch. OK, not happy but everyone needs to eat right. So I paid my ticket was handed by keys and told I was down the row out front. I was less than thrilled when I discovered my car had not been cleaned as promised by my Lincoln Concierge Service NOT! The MKZ is great little car but if I am not going to get the service as promised; I am sure I can buy another comparable car for less money and with less expectations. Like I said not sure you guys really waned my review. More

quick lane service made an appt, was great at reception, left key, about 10 minutes later truck was moved into service bay and three workers went to work on it, changed made an appt, was great at reception, left key, about 10 minutes later truck was moved into service bay and three workers went to work on it, changed oil, checked tires, fluids, etc. washed and vacuumed the truck inside. all done efficiently.
