Bozard Ford Lincoln - Service Center

Not impressed Had to bring truck that i bought Jan 2,2018 in three times to have leak fixed. First time they said it was a oil switch, replaced it. Second visit wa Had to bring truck that i bought Jan 2,2018 in three times to have leak fixed. First time they said it was a oil switch, replaced it. Second visit was told it was oil residue from the leak. Third visit was told it was another piece that was leaking. So the truck that i purchased really had two leaks but had to bring it in three times, each visit three to four hours long to get fixed. Marsha was the person i checked in with, she was great. But not impressed with the service end of this dealership. I am again having to make another appointment to have the transmission checked out. I hope this doesn't take three visits to get resolved along with having to pay another 100.00 to have the truck looked at. I have had to take this truck in three times and making the fourth service call in less than two months of owning this truck. More

Recall Adjustment After a recent recall service I had to bring my Escape in for an adjustment from the Recall Service. Alia Spoerle - Help When I Needed It A few months back I purchased a new truck from Bozard Ford. Before the sale was final we noticed there was some damage on the passenger side of the re A few months back I purchased a new truck from Bozard Ford. Before the sale was final we noticed there was some damage on the passenger side of the rear bumper. I was assured that the truck would be made like new at Bozard's expense, so I went through with the purchase. If I had known what I was going to go through for the next few months I would have looked for another truck. The body shop that Bozard sublet the repairs to didn't appear to have a lot of pride in their work. Bozard did the best they could to keep me happy during this whole process, but I was getting very discouraged with the quality of the repairs. I was giving serious thought to trading the truck in and taking a huge financial hit. As a last resort I looked on Bozard's website to see if there was anyone I could contact that might be able to help me. This is where Alia Spoerle, Bozard's Customer Relations Manager, came into the picture. I couldn't have made a better choice for the person I needed to call. Alia immediately took charge of my problem. She lined up an appointment for me with Bozard's service manager, and made a point of being there to make sure we got together to discuss what needed to be done. I want to say she handled everything in a professional manner, but that doesn't even begin to describe her attitude. Have you ever looked in someone's eyes and known they were telling you the absolute truth? When she told me that they were going to do whatever it took to get my truck fixed, her eyes told me that that was exactly what was going to happen. She gave me the impression that this wasn't just a job to her. She genuinely cared about the fact that I wasn't happy, and she was going to do her best to change that. To close out, my truck is finally repaired the way it should be, and I owe it all to Alia for getting the ball rolling. Yes, there were others that played a major part, but without Alia's help I don't think they ever would have become involved. She knew exactly who to contact to get this problem resolved, and followed up on it all along the way. I did stop in to personally thank her for all her help, and to let her know that I was happy with the repairs. It's funny, but she seemed as thrilled about it as I am. Thanks again, Alia. More

The most painless oil change I ever experienced! I got there early dropped off my truck and they shuttle me to work. They text me about an hour later and said my truck was ready.
