Ford Transit Connect We had a problem with one of the rear seats of our Ford Transit not moving to the up-right position. Scheduled a service with Bozard Ford and brought We had a problem with one of the rear seats of our Ford Transit not moving to the up-right position. Scheduled a service with Bozard Ford and brought it in at the appointed time. They brought me home via shuttle with very little wait time. Received a call from the service dept. later in the day advising me that they were going to replace the malfunctioning seat and that they would need to order the seat. Was advised it may take about a week or so, which was no problem as I able to pickup the Transit the same day. I still have my Transit to use until the part(s) come in. I'm vert pleased with Bozard Ford and all the staff at the service dept. I highly recommend Bozard Ford. Very professional in all respects. More

Arrived at quick serve lady at desk doing something on phone told i'll be with you in a minute. After they took auto in service very quick, actually doubt they did rotation tire pressures same for each individual tire that they were before service. Buying car from yu guys was great experience, just expected same level at service. Hey but you got me now, already bought plan so we will try again. Also Mary Lata was very efficient and friendly. My truck was delayed for service twice and I had to come back and get delayed a second time. There was no notification of anything. I did a lot on my own to insure a timely repair and scheduled two weeks in advance and there was still a breakdown in communication. More
