Brad Deery Motors was established in 1985 adding to the Deery Automotive Group which has proudly served Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin as Iowa’s largest auto retail group. Led into the automobile industry by his uncle, John Deery Sr., Brad Deery purchased the dealership at the age of 26. Twenty-eight years of service & dedication to the industry earned him a nomination as “Time’s Dealer of the Year” in 2013 and recipient of the 2013 “Iowa Dealer of the Year”. Brad Deery believes in customer satisfaction & giving back to the community. Some examples of his generous donations over the years include donations to the Athletic Booster Club, Maquoketa Library, Maquoketa YMCA, Jackson County Public Hospital, Maquoketa Kiwanis’ Club, Relay for Life & most recently, Little Bear Park II.. He is also has sponsored community events inclusive of the Jackson County Pro Rodeo, the Jackson County Fair, and Maquoketa Motor Madness.

My wife & I have purchased 5 vehicles (just bought New Ram) from this dealership over the past 14 years. We have always been treated fine and they always have a big inventory to choose from. They don't update their webpage at all, so if you find a car you like chances are its already been sold. That backup car you thought was cute? Sold. The car that was in your price range but wasn't particula car you like chances are its already been sold. That backup car you thought was cute? Sold. The car that was in your price range but wasn't particularly interested in? Sold too. So what's left? Cars that run reasonably well with pre-existing damages. Do you really want to take another three hours of your life to drive back just for them to tell you they can't fix it because their winshield guy/engine mechanic/transmission specialist went on vacation and nobody told you to reschedule? Because that's what happened to me. Now I've chewed out two managers about this, and they're sending someone to my house to fix my chipped winshield. Do I trust their word? Not anymore. Its obvious the salesmen will tellv you anything you want to hear just to make a sale. Now's my turn to talk: What they're doing is called a "Bait and Switch", where they show you great cars to lure you in, then they give you something you don't want. Furthermore, they're on the verge of a breach of contract, as I have in writing that they would repair or replace my windshield after I purchased the car, and as of this moment I can't say that's happened yet. They get one more week, then I'm calling a lawyer. More

Disappointed in a dealership that talks to me about a vehicle at 8pm on a Friday night where they encourage me all the way up to the sales manager to travel 100 miles on Saturday morning to buy the vehic vehicle at 8pm on a Friday night where they encourage me all the way up to the sales manager to travel 100 miles on Saturday morning to buy the vehicle. I agree and tell them that I will be there at 10:30 Saturday morning. After arriving at 10:30 Saturday morning, I find out they already sold the vehicle. Guess I feel they really don't understand customer service the way they claim. I think they only understand money. More
