Good morning Mr. Snow. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the findings. I will say we did everything possible to get to the bottom of the concern you had. The visit before last we drove the car over 100 miles with a certified tech as well as with you to try and confirm your concern. During this time we found a whole a different issue and corrected that. You also came in and rode with myself and a tech to try and duplicate the issue you brought it in for. I did tell you to call me if it started happening again and we would put you in a loaner, which you did and we did and then drove the car another 21 miles, checked the programming in the ECM and TCM per General Motors to make sure it was current and it was. We actually were able to duplicate the rpm drop that the videos showed and we provided you with documentation from General Motors as to what that was and that it was the way the car was designed. As far as the ants go, we noticed them and I asked Mr. Bush to let you know and tell you that we would clean the outside of the car and vacuum it out for you which we also did. I checked where the car was parked in parking lot to make sure we did not have ants around to ensure if we did that it would not happen to another customer and to take care of them. We did not see any ants, so we still went ahead and cleaned the car outside and in and let you know about it before you picked up to try and provide a 5 star level of service.
