Excellent, honest,professional I had the pleasure of meeting James Hartnett at Braman BMW in Jupiter, Florida. I was looking for a good deal on a pre-owned BMW and was lucky enough I had the pleasure of meeting James Hartnett at Braman BMW in Jupiter, Florida. I was looking for a good deal on a pre-owned BMW and was lucky enough to meet Mr. Hartnett. I did not purchase a car on my first visit and made it known that I was just shopping. This information did not deter him from taking time with me, which I have not experienced in the past. I called Mr. Hartnett a few days later and he was very friendly and scheduled a time at my convenience to meet. I went with my wife and spent a few hours there test driving different models. Mr. Hartnett was very informative, helpful, and professional. I respected his opinion and we ended up buying a BMW that day. I strongly recommend him as a sales person to anyone in the market for a BMW or other makes they have in stock. Braman BMW in Jupiter only keeps the best pre-owned vehicles on their lot. Due to my work schedule, they also delivered the car to my house. Their IT person explained everything about the car to us. Also the financing specialist, Paul Newman, was excellent as well. Braman BMW knows how to treat their customers, and I will be back in the future. More

I mentioned to Salesman Steven Lee yesterday that I wanted I had a wonderful buying experience today a Braman BMW today. It couldn't have gone better. I mentioned to Salesman Steven Lee yesterday that I wanted to meet today and that I found my favorite 2018 330e with navigation on Braman's website. When I showed up this morning at 9:00 am, the exact car was parked in front, all detailed and it was just a matter of going through the paperwork with Steven and Dealership Manager Lisa Sloldar, who was wonderful to work with as well! I will look very forward to recommending Braman Jupiter to everyone that I discuss my BMW with! More
